Product Description
The 1:400 Scale Single Runway #3 model airport consists of a PDF file with 70 ground foils to be printed, cut and assembled by the user. None of the buildings, airplanes or accessories are included. The model airport layout is as follows:
The complete model airport covers an area of 4 ft by 8 ft (1.22 m by 2.44 m), and it contains a single runway, a commuter terminal area, a regular terminal area (terminal 1), an international terminal area (terminal 2), a hotel, and a cargo area. For best results we recommend printing the foils on a high quality matte photo paper, the thicker the paper, the better. There are a total of 18 model airline pads, 6 large pads, 8 small pads, 4 commuter pads, and 2 cargo pads. The large model airline pads will accommodate a 747, 767, 777 A300, A340, A380, L-1011, DC-10, MD-11, or a Concorde-SST. The small model airline pads will accommodate a 727, 737, 757, or an A320, A321. The commuter pads will accommodate smaller commuter planes.
